²¹Tell me, you that desire to be under the law, don’t you listen to the law?

Galatians 4:21World English Bible, Protestant Edition

The scene

The writer asks those who want to be under the law whether they listen to what it says.

To understand

He has just said he wishes to be present and change his tone because he is perplexed about them. He then begins an account of Abraham’s two sons, born to an enslaved woman and a free woman.

A question

What account does the writer introduce when he asks the recipients to listen to the law?
