2 Corinthians 11:27World English Bible, Protestant Edition

The scene

Paul lists work, sleeplessness, hunger, thirst, cold and lack of clothing among his hardships.

To understand

The preceding line names dangers during travel; the following one names daily concern for the churches. Physical deprivation and responsibility for communities both belong to the account.

A question

How does the concern for the churches extend the list beyond hunger and cold?
